These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by TCG-Forensics Germany GmbH in the field of forensic card analysis and authentication.
2. Service Description
TCG-Forensics Germany GmbH offers:
- Forensic image analysis of trading cards
- AI-powered authentication verification
- Creation of analysis reports
- Comparison with reference databases (PSA, BGS, CGC)
3. Disclaimer
The analyses provided by TCG-Forensics Germany GmbH serve as scientifically-based decision support. A 100% guarantee for the authenticity or forgery of a card cannot be provided. In case of legal disputes, we additionally recommend consulting a certified expert.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros including statutory VAT. Payment is processed through Stripe. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in case of technical errors on our part.
5. Usage Rights
The generated analysis reports may be used for private and commercial purposes. Redistribution of the software or algorithms is not permitted.
6. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
7. Right of Withdrawal
For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires when the analysis begins. By starting an analysis, you expressly agree to this.
8. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
